AutoCAD: Re-layering/Editing of Structural Drawings

Hello all, The main objective of this project is to re-layer, editing title-block and checking of 30 structural drawings, I have attached a sample file of the layering and typical drawing. Freelancers with structural knowledge is preferred. Below are points to note for this project: - I will provide 30 structural drawings that are un-layered. - I will provide 1 reference file, strictly follow the layers on this file and layer the structural drawing accordingly. - Use the title-block on the reference file, and copy the contents from the existing title-block of the 30 drawings. Quite a simple and straight forward project, thus will only be accepting lower priced bids.
