Hello there, I am certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, and since last 3 year I am working in Dynamics CRM. My role involved Gap analysis, requirement gathering, customize system accordingly, write plug in, workflow and java script as it required. I have also work for support project which include bug tracking, testing system, error finding, error handling. project testing time would be depends on how big the project is and to understand its workflow and functionality.
