I want the timecode for each comment on a webpage to be highlighted as the video plays (see image). So when you get to 2:08 in the video, that timecode is highlighted (in grey) as the video plays. When you drag the video playhead back, the timecode gets unhighlighted. In the example shown, the playhead would be at 2:08 in the video.
