Due to a number of Queries on my business activities by the Tax Office, I need to key in from old bank statements into Excel all my Bank Transactions
(Date / PAYEE / Ref / Ref 2 / Amount)
I have 6 years’ worth and there is about 1 lever arch file full of statements to do.
I can pass these in .pdf format to you by CD in mail or via drop box (or similar)
In return I would like an Excel Spreadsheet (1 tab per Bank Account) with 6 years’ worth of Bank Transactions.
Must be accurate and some reasonableness checks along the way (i.e. sum of all transactions in a month is same as the movement in balance). So accuracy is the key here.
No data protection etc. needed and no risks as the bank accounts are now closed - so I have no problems’ in anyone seeing sortcod/account numbers etc.
