Instructions below: Establish Trust and prepare client for closing *Customer service rep calls leads and ask if they are thinking of doing a refinance. If they are, then e-mail them information about our services. *Once the e-mail is sent, customer service rep. calls to confirm that they received the e-mail and answer any questions. *If the lead has questions, have them set up a phone consultation with you. *After the lead has had three conversations with a representative from your company, they trust level is established, and the lead becomes a warm lead. It is what is needed to establish trust. What are the necessary steps to convincing them that we are able to fix their problem and establish a level of trust with clients? It should be a 3 step process: 1 - Customer service rep calls to see if they are interested, and if the lead is, they collect their e-mail address. 2 - Customer service rep confirms receipt of e-mail. If lead is interested, customer service rep. sets a phone consultation with a specialist to see if refinance is the right match for them. If client needs help with any other real etate related services (e.g. short sale, collect email) 3 - Specialist calls and determines if they are right for refinance (has client fill out the online intake form). Follow up with client so he filled out intake form. Remind client to send in documents.
