My price is low just because I'm a new freelancer and the whole hire process is based on rating. I know my chance of being hired is low but I wanted to give it a try. I will be using bootstrap for the design part, the client will be able to maintain the site using a secure log in system which will be built on php. I wouldn't recommend wordpress because it needs update, a website built from scratch is more flexible than any CMS. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks
