Build a classified/ Directory/ online shop website -- 2

I want my website to be rebuilt and fully working. [login to view URL] I have no issue placing full milestone but I will not release anything until the site is 100 percent finished.. They must have access only to that city and no other city.. Like Mayor of the town.. They control that city... 2..The blog area must be set up for front end use. It must be set up to be Geo located. (because i wanted to be able to use coupons and discounts if you can code that into the site that would be great. Set up the social media to login and work correctly on the website. Should not be an issue. 14. Make sure when a person shares the site on any platform or website. The proper picture and text is showing.. If they are sharing an item or a story make sure that it shares the picture and the text of that item or story. Speed is better and Dokan is working. however there are a lot of things wrong and [login to view URL] Dev has some of the issues correctly fixed however there are things that are broken like Dokan and speed is slower... If possible I would like you to take Dokan from my other site and then install it and make it working on this one. along with the other issues that need to be fixed Make sure Import works correctly and functions 100 percent 15. I would also like that people can receive alerts in there email. Example if someone is coming to the site for a tv. They should be able see alerts for tv that are posted in the area they choose from.
