Adobe AIR app for iPad + Android

Build a tool to display text files on iPad, Android tablet, windows PC and Apple iOS. Use Adobe AIR or HTML or another cross platform language. See description in annex. ## Deliverables We believe Adobe AIR is suitable to build an e-catalogue that runs on iPad, Android Tablet and also on Mac iOS and Windows PC. But perhaps you can use HTML or another cross platform language for this purpose. In all cases, we want to protect our intellectual properties, that is, all files are converted into numerics - we provide you with the (very simple) algorithm, but the user may not be able to retrieve the algorithm from your app. We will deliver all text files in coded format. You only have to build the app to display the text. Your deliver the app ready-for-installation on iPad, Android, Mac iOS and Windows PC. Your work is completed when Apple Store accepts your project.
