Create Electronic PDF Forms from Existing Word Forms

I have 3 Microsoft Word documents that I need put together to make 1 PDF document which will be a Landscape Maintenance Contract with electronic forms within the document. I will be filling out almost all of the form fields and then sending the document to customers for electronic signatures through Adobe Sign (I have an Adobe Sign account; I also have the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite but I don't know enough about this stuff to do it on my own). I don't want the customers to be able to change the fields I fill out. There are some places (like on the Service Prices and Payment Structures Word Document) that I would like to have calculations. I would also like for there to be conditional calculations such as summing a column of numbers with check boxes next to the numbers but only summing the numbers that have the corresponding check boxes checked. The General Payment Calculator (Excel) file shows the calculations I'd like done. Please note that some of the Microsoft Word documents will have to be edited and changed a little before they are converted to PDF. I'll have to tell you how I want the forms to function and how I want the contract to flow and you can decide how you want to alter the Word Documents. I also have one Microsoft Word form (ACH Checking Withdraw Authorization Form) that I just need turned into a PDF Electronic Form. It doesn't require an e-signature. They simply fill out the fields, print it, sign it, staple a voided check to the bottom and mail it in. I put that the project should be between $30 - $250 because that's the range it gives. I know the project should cost a lot more than $30 but I don't think this project is worth more than $250 but I could be wrong. I don't know how long something like this would take if you know what you're doing. However, I'm sealing all bids so I think I'll get a pretty accurate price. Deadline: I do need this project finished by Monday, March 13 at 2:00pm EST (New York Time). That means I'll need your first draft finished by at least 24 hours before that so we can make tweaks and make small changes.
