Beta testing of Hosted call center software product

Hi, Dear Sir. After working for 3 years in a major Portuguese Graphic Company (Ambar, SA) in the Investigation and Development department as a maquette and final arts maker, I'm starting to work as independent worker in this area. I've got a long experience of design, drawing (manual or vectorized art) photo mask and retoutching, editing and in final arts. I 've got a degree in Marketing Management made at the Portuguese Schooll of Marketing and Administration (IPAM) and I made professional formation in Photoshop, Freehand and QuarkXpress. Hi, I am a tester. Not so far I was testing call center web-based software of one of the Israel development company. I have experience of performence, load/stress testing. I have huge knowledge of making automated scripts for sanity tests with help of QuickTest Professional. Also I can make a load testing with help of OpenSTA and other tools to make a full performance test. Will be glad to answer all of your questions.

I have been a software tester for the state government, (Workers' Compensation), for the past 5 years. My job was recently phased out, so I have plenty of time to commit to the job. I tested both in-house software, database upgrade software, Internet code testing and research, changes to claims management software as well as training end-users on changes and upgrades. I also tested vendor software for 3 different companies during a Request For Proposal stage and was involved in choosing the software which met the needs of my company, (this software was for Medical Billing-to physicians and claimants). I trained employer representatives for a new online claims filing system and wrote a training manual for this project as well as software and procedure changes made to the in-house correspondence software.
