Basic Shopping Cart system with CMS functionality

I will design all of the Front end graphics. What I need is a basic shopping cart system that will be for a company that prints up preordered checks. I want this to be a step process, and the customer will pick out the check style they want, fill out a 'secured' form with info to be printed on the check with various options. This form/information will be stored in a database that can later be accessed for simplified reordering purposes. There needs to be a login feature for this. Customer will select various options like,"quantity," "font style," etc. Once submitted, will go to next step for them to enter in billing and shipping information, and payment info. This will be setup with the quickbooks merchant services on GoDaddy and needs to be processed through that. Customer, as well as the company will be emailed a notifcation/reciept of the order. In the Admin, the company needs to be able to add/edit/remove products and Upload images of their checks, with relevant information. All of the customer orders need to be stored in the database, and can either be printed, or exported. Want a "status" setting for each order, "pending" "printed" "order shipped." All of the customer information will be stored in the database for future reference and reordering. Need to keep track of daily orders, monthly income, etc. Please ONLY AMERICAN PROVIDERS!
