Database-driven Navigation Menu

I'm under a heavy workload, short on time and need this done **ASAP**, so if you're an exceptional programmer with extraordinary turn-around time, please read on! I need a **managable** database-driven vertical navigation menu system with unlimited sub-level possibilities. It must be done using PHP, MySQL and Javascript. It should be fully customizable and dynamic. Configuration settings should be stored in a MySQL database and configurable through the browser. Should have the ability to create "styles" for top-level and sub-level menu items, which should also be stored in the database. I presume you could just create two style tables, one for top-level and one for sub-level menu items and have it auto increment the id for each table when a new 'style' is created. **The menu should behave nearly exact to the one located at:** <[login to view URL]> While animation is not required for this project, it would be a nice bonus and may boost my consideration. ** With a closer look, I need the ability to:** 1. Customize font type, size, color, weight and decoration. 2. Customize background/border colors of menu items. 3. Customize top-level and sub-level menu items seperately. 4. Ability to select which 'style' to use for top-level and sub-level menu items (seperately). 5. Complete managment over the menu including the ability to Add/Edit/Delete new menu items and select whether a menu item is a submenu and which menu item it should be a submenu of. Please provide samples of work or a link to where I can test this script!
