Adsense click bot

I'm looking for a programmer for this project. I would like to get it Done ASAP. Here's the specs: I'm not concerned what language the following program is written in, as long as it works well... I need a program that will automatically click adsense ads on websites specified by URLS. I would like it to randomly go through all the URLS. I need to be able to input the keywords that it will search for and click on. Here's the tricky part: This program MUST have a way to constantly change it's proxy and footprint so it will not be detected by google. To many anonymous proxies might be a giveway, that's why I need someone knowledeable with adsense. There must also be a way to specify the CTR (click through rate) for each URL that this program will be visiting and clicking. All clicks must be at random intervals. When this program clicks on an ad, it must also surf the opened site for a random number of seconds to look like a real user. Must be able to click a minimum of 70 - 100 clicks per day. This program must be UNDETECTABLE by Google, so you need to understand adsense thoroughly to make this program for me. It is important that my Adsense account does not get shut down for click fraud. I will pay immediately after testing the bot. Please do not say, "i can do this" and that's it.
