Browser Based Web App

I am looking for a browser based web site application, (i.e. [login to view URL]) I want to offer only 10 templates to chose from (I will design the templates), I would like the image place holders to be locked in allowing the client to upload their picture, and input content with no html experience. I have used similar software such as homefree from [login to view URL] it was not user friendly, and the Administration was excellent. I would like an application similar to both. The administration from solutionscripts homefree, plus the ease of use from homestead for the browse/client. I run a Unix with custom redhat, on Apache. I suppose it would be written in Perl or PHP. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done
