Algorithm for Mood's Median Test

I need an algorithm to calculate the statistics associated with Mood’s Median test. Requirements.. 1. The algorithm must include how to calculate the Chi-Square value, Degrees of Freedom, P value, N<=, N>, inner quartile range, and 95% confidence intervals for the Medians. 2. A book reference (in English) that explains the calculations with page numbers should be provided. 3. The algorithm must provide the same output as Minitab. 4. The algorithm should be typed up in English in a Microsoft Word document. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
