Convert maintenance start week to maintenance status using MATLAB

I have a MATLAB code that contains a function that create an array for start time (week) of generator maintenance (a ‘1’ (Maintenance starts) or a ‘0’ (maintenance does not start).). I need to convert that start time to status of generator. Simply, by giving the value 0 for the weeks when the generator start maintenance till the end of duration of maintenance. For example, if we start maintenance at week 1 and we have one unit and four week horizon then : Maintenance start time = 1 0 0 0 And if maintenance duration is 2 weeks Then maintenance statue = 0 0 1 1 ‘0’ (down for Maintenance) or a ‘1’ (otherwise) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
