Write LUA script to retrieve array of data from text file

We have an constantly updated media server containing movies with posters And it's generating list of newest item everyday using ubuntu script. Address to the media file, e.g : //CEMARA14/FILM_BARAT/Barat 0-H/A/ARQ (2016) 1080p WEBRip/ARQ.2016.1080p.WEBRip.x264.AAC-m2g[PRiME].mkv 2. Movie name, from the folder name containing the movie e.g : ARQ (2016) 1080p WEBRip 3. [login to view URL] address, can be read by replacing the file name in movie address with [login to view URL] e.g : //CEMARA14/FILM_BARAT/Barat 0-H/A/ARQ (2016) 1080p WEBRip/[login to view URL] //CEMARA14/FILM_BARAT/Barat I-S/J/Jawbreaker (1999) BRRip 720p/[login to view URL] For Tv Show skin : 1. Address to the media file, same principle as movie skin e.g : //CEMARA14/Serial_Barat/Serial_Barat_A-E/Dark Matter/Season 2/Dark Matter - S02E13 - But First, We Save the Galaxy - [login to view URL] 2. Tv Show name, from 2 folders above episode file. eg: Dark Matter Fear The Walking Dead 3. Episode Name, Episode filename without extension e.g: Dark Matter - S02E13 - But First, We Save the Galaxy - AVS Fear the Walking Dead - S02E12 - Pillar of Salt - AVS 4.
