Backlinking Needed - commenting, linkwheels + mor

Hello, I have MANY sites (tens of them) and I need someone who can perform backlinking on all of them. I will require high PR, do-follow, one-way links, preferably from authority sites. Some of the things I expect you to be able to handle: Linkwheels Blog Commenting (do follow, High PR) Links from high PR sites Links from Authority sites Article Submissions/Video Submissions In the end, the main goal is to move up in the SERPs. I will prefer to work with someone with whom I'll bill on 'per-ranking' basis so you will be paid as you rank the sites for the keywords. Note that if you do well, I WILL keep you (and your team of linkers) for the long term. For the sake of the bidding, I'll ask it this way - how much will it cost for me to get 100 PR3+ backlinks with my chosen anchor texts (no links should come from FFA or 'links' pages). In the PMB, let me know how many links per month you are able to provide and we can continue the discussion there since value of a link is a little difficult to quantify.
