Contract writing for a hosting company

FRENCH LANGUAGE WRITERS ONLY! I need to have a contract written in French for a hosting company , the contract most have the normal hosting terms & conditions with the maximum reliablity free for the hosting company, the hosting company is ging to start a website hosting merketing campaign through resellers and need to have the contracts in hand as soon as possible. I don't have a clear idea so you can research on the internet for some drafts and send it to me. I will need the contracts to be between: 1) the hosting company and its Resellers ( point of sale) that has the revenue share section in it along with the terms. The Reseller will get some 10% of each sale. 2) the hosting company and the Customer ( end user) that the reseller will fill and send a copy to the Company and give a copy to the Customer, this contract must state all the usual hosting companies terms etc.... along with the Company inresposibilty for the loss of content etc.. The contract must be a Word format and can be modified with place for the company logo , contract # , reseller ID# etc.. I am open to suggestions. Don't forget it MUST be in FRENCH. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform any
