Change to simple Access query database

Need to add some functionality the attached Access database, its just a simple form and query again one table with some names and addresses (kind of large, also this is all publicly available data) I need to have the form changed to allow the users to do searches that provide > COUNT results. IE show me results with this value for ZIP and where it occurs 3 or more times, but needs someway to change the query to run against any field in the underlying table. See attached zip.... Pretty much open to any solution as long as its simple to use (end user simple).... Should be a slam dunk for anyone who knows this stuff, I just don't have the time to mess with it myself and my coding skills are ugly at best...
