Medical Alert Sales - cold calling to leads provided - open to bidding

Looking for a help with the Medical Alert Sales. This would be a good opportunity who would like to work with seniors in USA. I am open with different options to deal with this but the bottom line is I need orders. To start with, i will provide you with about 500 potential customer - targeted list. I would like you to work 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week. If we get good results, i will continue providing leads. The process works like this. You call the potential customer. You explain them how the medical alert works. If customer needs brochure - you tell me and I mail the brochure directly the potential customer. You will be responsible to follow up with the customer once they receive the brochure. Once customer is ready to sign up, you get all the required information as per our one-page order form. Then you email me the order form. Pay Structure is as follows: $7 per hour. In addition, $10 for each sale. We will send you all the information about the product. We sell basically one product and it is very easy to learn. It will take couple of hours to learn about this product.
