Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data from purchase orders into QuickBooks, including but not limited to vendor information, item details, quantities, and prices. Verify the accuracy of all entered data to ensure consistency and completeness. Categorize transactions appropriately based on company guidelines and accounting principles. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the finance and accounting team. Requirements: Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a finance or accounting environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks software, with a strong understanding of its features and functions. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
