Project Description: Quickbooks setup with basic user training Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop - Experience in setting up multiple user accounts - Ability to provide customized training according to specific needs Description: I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with setting up Quickbooks Desktop and provide customized training according to my specific needs. Sales are being made with two different currencies, local currency and dollar, so the store has one Bank Account for Local Currencies and One for Dollar sales income. There are three payment methods, e-payment, cash-payment and cheque payment. There are currently numerous inventories in stock but no credits or any receivable. The store pays (expenses): Salaries, Rent, Vehicle Maintenance, Fuel, Electricity, cleaning supplies. There is 5% gov. sales tax. Some products are sold in different units. The store purchases supplies (goods) from different suppliers, then during the transport of goods from suppliers’ stores to the store, there is transportation cost, loading/unloading cos and other labor expenses. I want somebody who setup the company file, prepares small training session (demonstration) and most importantly, creates and aligns all the necessary – required chart of accounts according to the information provided (all the information provided here should be put into good consideration). There should be a possibility of collecting money in two different currencies, and saving with two respective Bank account for each money. The freelancer should come with solution for dividing transportation, freight and other associative expenses across all goods in that specific freight (%). Should provide user privilege of Admin, Accountant and Sales. Requirements: - Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop is essential for this project. - The freelancer should have experience in setting up multiple user accounts in Quickbooks. - The training required is not just basic user training, but rather customized training tailored to my specific needs.
