Small Business Account Management - PUB/Bar/Restaurant Business -- 2

I have a restaurant and like to manage my accounts in QuickBooks Online Plus. The following are the key areas to be managed: a. Managing all invoices/receipts/bills, category-wise, needs to be added in QB Online Plus (existing data details can be explained before the start of the project) b. Profit and loss on a weekly/monthly basis c. Reconciliation of one business bank account, 2-3 credit cards, Point of Sale i.e. Touch Bistro and Debit/Credit Card Two Machines statement. Each needs to be validated in terms of bank deposits vs sales etc. d. Tips calculations, disbursement to front of the house e. Need to know Vendor, category-wise payments, and itemized purchases/volume regularly f. Each and every expense is to be monitored and recorded in my QuickBooks g. Majority of the data is already uploaded in the system such as suppliers, vendors, invoices, tips, payroll cheques, etc. Payroll and tax work is not part of this project. h. Previous reconciliation needs to be done for the period of 31 Jan 2022 to 31 Jan 2023 and then continued thereafter on regular basis. i. Primarily, it's the management of Inventory n integration as per the following: 1. Integration of POS with QB Online 2. Integration of Credit Card Machine with QB 3. Inventory Mgmt in QB 4. Entries of day-to-day expenses/purchases Access to QB Online Acct will be provided along with Statements of all relevant accounts.
