I have vast experience in designing forms in livecycle, and can make them function exactly as you need. I need a little clarification though, how many forms do you need done? I have bid high not knowing the scope of this work - If you only have a few forms then I can drop the bid. Do the forms require any validation checking? Will they just be printed or do you need them submitting through email? Do you have a design layout in mind? Looking forward hearing a little more about the project.
