The information is then run through our financial model. I have access to over 100 million nationwide data on homes, commercial and schedule of bulk regulations databases for all states. In New York, the formula is simple as you would calculate lot size* FAR to get your additional buildable footage. I have different ways that were given to me by my architect to be able to calculate this for. other states. I now need help to determine the best formula to achieve this
