Data Set 1 is a real estate date set that include 14 variables and 5802 observations. All numeric variables are interval and there is one categorical variable for Remodel. Value is per $1000. If you determine that age is an important variable, you will need to calculate it from year built. Living area is generally considered the livable square footage (area heated and cooled) of the house. Gross area often includes garages, basements, and porches (all areas not heated and cooled but covered). Rooms are total rooms in the house. Rooms generally is a total of living spaces not including bathrooms. There are a variety of questions you can answer with this data. Your job is to develop two different research questions that require two different types of techniques, interpret the results, and provide insights or recommendations. You will include appropriate EDA and graphics in your completed paper and presentation. The presentation should take no more that 10 minutes and is an overview of your project. You have the poetic license to create a story of how the data was collected and when and tell us who your “customer” of the analysis is for this project.
