iPad applications/PDF Reader/document collaboration

We are looking for a freelancer to help code the iPad app for our web application. We currently are in the middle of designing a web application that allows users to edit, view and comment on pdf's which they have uploaded. We are looking for a freelancer to help design, create and code an iPad application that allows the user to download (sync) these files and allow the user to read and make notes offline, to be synced back to the server. We are currently in the alpha stages of our project and if this app is successful there will be more work in the following few months. Requirements: Our ideal candidate should be able to code in Objective C with knowledge and experience particularly in iOS development and associated APIs, preferably with knowledge of PDF specification and web integration. Methods of integration with the site / service provision is under discussion so we are happy to work with the developer on this. Project duration: - 40 hours | Base app design / flow - (40-160 hours | PDF reader - if required) - 80 hours | Highlighting / commenting / bookmarking
