Sir i have checked the image which you have attached So you need the responsive website in short --> Yeah sir i think being made an apps will be good for it , we can do this in hybrid manner I.e you dont need the native apps for this project , the hybrid will serve the purpose , But its upto you , we are capable of making it responsive or even creating the ios apps i.e native one You are the boss here and we will follow you But according to me you should go for apps rather then making it responsive AS YOUR WROTE it will update daily , so web services will be required for sure and i need to know will you be requiring the admin database too ??
