I am looking for someone to develop a speech recognition service for an Android app. It will need to run in the background continuously and not make any beeps as well as allowing the app to run without interruption. The deliverable would be a working app with this service that displays the words spoken as and when they are spoken to demonstrate that it can pick up each word. It will be written using Android Studio for 4.2 upwards and be delivered as a Gradle project with full source code (no third party libraries).
