app/script to send SMS on Android Phone

You need to write an android app or script, which I can install on to my android phone. The app needs to run once per day, and check a web URL that I will provide. From the URL the app must save the info, which will have a list of phone numbers and messages. One-by-One the app must send the messages to each of the recorded phone numbers with the provided text. PART 1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ for example, we will let the app run once per day 10am. it must run by itself in the background as a service. Once it runs, it will check URL and it will receive the payload -------------------------- example payload ----------------------------- {"status":200,"results":[ {"phonenumbers":"123 ,456","message":"Notification: Your repair Workorder#[14942 HP Desktop, is in the pickup section and ready for you to pick it up as soon as possible."} , {"phonenumbers":"1111 ,2222","message":"Planet Cyber Notification: Your repair Workorder#[14944 Dell Desktop, is in the pickup section and ready for you to pick it up as soon as possible."}]} ---------------------------------- your app must now send an SMS to phone number "123" and "456" with the txt provided in the message "Notification..." and 2nd a sms message to "1111" and "2222" with the txt provided in the message "Notification..." ========================================= when the app opens up, it needs to have a few settings. settings 1 (ADD NEW) button when i click on ADD NEW, it needs to show me a box to: Title enter URL (to read the payload from) ( ) Run every minutes ( ) Once per day at [10 am] Save --------------------------------------------- basically i want to be able to config 3 jobs to run job 1 - once per day at 10am and send 10-20 sms messages job 2 - every 15min run and send 1-2 sms messages job 3 - every 15min run and send 1-2 SMS messages REQUIREMENTS -------------------------------------- 1. you need to be able to talk like a normal person on audio calls. 2. for testing and finalization you need to be available Los Angeles hours 10am to 6pm 3. you need to have your own Android phone to test the app on. My phone has android 8. Samsung s7 4. you can test the app on your own 1st. i will give you the URL, you can get the numbers, and let your cell send the SMS messages. currently for testing the URL will return fake phone numbers. example 123. which will not go anywhere. to anyone. so it is perfect for testing... 5. once it is ready we can install the app on my phone for testing, and you can access and see my phone via ANYDESK remote access software.
