Online Car booking/tracking trips app

I want a online Car booking/tracking trips with payment app for iOS and Android. The features are FOR CUSTOMER - 1. able to register customer 2. request for the trip with starting point and destination (GPS should be enabled in mobile to locate the current and destination. Also customer should able to choose manually) 3. on selection of FROM and TO, show the approximate cost for the travel (Fixed charge for FIXED distance (configurable) + remaining distance x tariff per KM (configurable as well dynamic based on peak hours) + Travel time in Minute x charge for travel (configurable) 4. shows the available cars nearby in the maps with estimated time to reach the customer location 5. Option to select the different type of car (Micro / Small / SUV / Sedan - all configurable) [login to view URL] he selects car type and OK to book the car a) send the push message to all the car drivers/cars registered and available in the vicinity of 3 kms (configurable) b) if any drivers accepts the request then that car would be locked against the customer request and customer should be informed with ETA of the car based on Google traffic and distance. c) on confirmation of booking, customer should be intimated with SMS about car number, driver name, driver mobile number (all info to be registered as part of car/driver registration) and OTP to start the trip d) customer will be able to see the booked car current position on the map with real time update of the same d) Car driver should be able to connect the customer by given option in the app. Driver will not be able to see the customer number. So call should be VOIP e) once driver reached the spot, the customer can provide the OTP to start the trip f) once reached the spot, driver can stop the trip and the bill will be generated. Bill will be displayed on mobile (option to see later also) for both driver and customer also mail to customer (registered as part of customer registration). Also all details will be sent to server g) Normally the the displayed fare at the time of booking will be the charge but if any traffic delay or different route taken will be calculated and added to bill based on distance difference and waiting period and travel time. all three are configured separately f) Customer can pay in cash or through wallet. application should have a wallet facility to pay against the trip. OTHERS a) App will have promo code periodically based on conditions like loading X amount to wallet and the discount is like % with cap or fixed amount. One promo code can be used only once during the offer month. Promo code may not be applicable all time b) option to setup PEAK TIME charge for example 8-10AM and 5-7 PM additional 20% from basic OR whenever the car availability is very thin during rainy season for festival season. c) wallet should be connected with Bank account of the company and money should be credited to bank with customer code (generated and kept in system while registering) whenever customer loads the amount. d) on successful trip closure the money will be debited from Wallet and accounted against the trip e) trip detail will be having driver and cab detail, booking detail, customer detail, fare detail, Start and end timing and etc REPORTS a) individual Trip report b) consolidation of trips and charges for individual driver and over all on that day c) management report - will discuss further detail can be discussed EXCUTABLE SOURCE CODE SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO US before the full payment
