Taxi, booking, food delivery, and services app with a few tweeks

BEFORE YOU READ: Please read till the end and do not bid unless you can meet the budget needs. I am looking for someone who can design an android and IOS app natively and make a food delivery, delivery services, taxi, air bnb, all services style app and upload to the app stores. There is an app with all the integrated features that I would like with the exception of a some features I would like to add but I would like most of if not all the features that the other app has . I am working with a very small budget so please do not bid if you can not meet the budget. I would not only like this app to be subscription based but also percentage based through a referral system and sales system. Business percentage payment: Business "A" wants to sign up with us but does not want to pay a monthly subscription. They can choose to pay a % per transaction or sale. I need to be able to set the percentage parameters in the main admin panel with stats and metrics tied to the percentage based businesses. I want the ability to shut either payment option on or off as well.. Referral system: I want people to be able to register to the app and receive an auto generated referral code they can give to friends who own businesses. If they give that referral code to a business and they sign up they can receive a commission every month they stay signed on. I want every customer that registers to have a referral dashboard with metrics and statistics whether it be a business customer or general consumer. The dashboard should display the the date time the referral code was used, the plan price the business chose, Exp. date of the plan, and their commissions. I need to be able to set the parameters of their commissions, whether it be percentage amount or dollar amount. I want to have both options and be able to shut one off or on when I want. For every type of option that requires any type of statistics with money, sales, transactions, referrals I would like graphs and charts to be displayed To insure that you read this in its entirety please bid only if you can meet the budget requirements, Type "I CAN" in your messages or you will not be considered.
