Update Pushwoosh plugin for Ionic3 (typeScript)

First point, I'm a developper. You should provide the "how-to" add to an existing ionic3 project the pooshwoosh notification service. This task require an update of existing community work. You must start a new ionic3-angular4 blank project and add the new plugin in it.
