Hello, Do you have any experience working with composite in Ansys? I want a plate that consists of the following three layers stacked on top of each other:- Top Layer: Stainless Steel | 0.3 mm Middle Layer: Epoxy | 0.4 mm Bottom Layer: Titanium | 0.3 mm Total plate thickness - 1mm Additionally, the top layer and the bottom layer have to be spot welded. Hello, I have experience in FEA analysis of composites. Generally ACP tool we can use for creating composite structure in Ansys. But for this problem as spot welds are there, we have go with the static strutural analsysis. The properites of each layer and fibre orientation is required for the the evaluation. Also I would like to know the scope and objective of the proeject.
