Logo Design and Flash web site

This work requires a solid graphic designer/Flash developer. I need: 1. A professionally developed logo for a s/w consulting company. Will be for biz cards/stationery and the web site. Bidder must submit 3 sample logos (may submit low-res or watermarked images). > 1a) Logo must be minimalist, professional and based on 2/3 shades of Green - see <[login to view URL]> for sample shades. Will always be set against a white background. 1b) Intellectual Capital Inc. will be the main part of the logo and must be clearly readable. 1c) Focus is the financial sector and on market data and math algorithms. So while design may incorporate elements of these (i.e. stock or/and math symbols), the logo must be un-cluttered.2. A professional Flash website similar to <[login to view URL]> but with white background. If a browser does not have a Flash plug-in, an alt. HTML page with logo, text and address is presented. Bidders to include their sample Flash sites. > 2a) The Flash panel will have 3 row sections. > > The top section will have a catchy Flash animation (see 2b). The middle section will have two parts: a main part to display text for the menu item selected; a second part that will always display the company address. The bottom section will have a menu (see 2c)2b) Flash animation will be based on the financial sector (e.g. stock or/and math symbols) and end with the company logo. 2c. It should be straightforward to change the categories and the text. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform JPG files Flash, HTML Support Firefox, IE 3.0+ and Netscape browsers
