Set up Domain on Windows 2003 Server and Write Doc

We need someone to set up a domain on godaddy and write a DETAILED and CLEAR Word document showing us how to do this ourselves. IT NEEDS TO BE CLEAR AND STEP BY STEP from the begining, how to set up the web space on the server, how to point the godaddy DNS to the server and how to set IIS to run .net web application.
