Hiring female writers for re write work(Only female writer)

Hello, We are an IT firm and would like to hire for one of our clients. She is a blogger and due to her busy schedule, she wants a female writer to rewrite work on a regular basis. She will provide a paragraph to check writing skills(unpaid), once you finalize she will provide regular work. She will pay 350-400INR per rewrite (1000 words). Note: sample writing will be unpaid. And only female writers we need. Thanks
