We are developing real estate chatbot software with a small CRM to manage the customer's chats. We are looking for an Indian-based AI/ML developer/Agency who can create an AI chatbot system for our chatbot so if there is no customer care agent available to respond to the customer then our system should be able to respond to customers with the help of AI models. I already have a working live chat system which I have built in React and Node Js, but this system does not have AI capability. We are looking for a strong candidate / Agency who has done such a chatbot system before, only an experienced candidate is required. Following are my AI-specific requirements: 1) The system should be able to reply to the customer's chat based on the data it has been trained. 2) The system should be able to maintain the chat history for different users, which means the system should be able to remember the previous questions and answers of every user and should be able to give answers according to them. 3) We need a mechanism to train the AI model, We should be able to train the model by providing an Excel file and, a web interface where we can feed questions and answers, and the system should be able to train the model by PDF as well. 4) If someone asks any question to the chatbot then it should try to find the appropriate answer in his memory and if the system does not find an appropriate answer then it should get the result from a different source (Maybe some different models, or you can guide). 5) The system should be able to trigger certain Actions/APIs (APIs built in the NodeJS) based on the user chat. Ex. If some customer is chatting with our AI bot related to some property renting then the system should identify customer intention and should call an API to create a ticket with customer chat Data. You don't need to create any NodeJs API as I will provide you with such NodeJs APIs. 6) The model should be self-learning and should be able to train based on the customer's questions and answers. 7) The system should also have generative AI capability so it should generate the new content based of the data it has. 8) A person must have good knowledge of the cloud platform to deploy the system and should have ideas to reduce the deployment and model cost.
