Adult Webcam site

I want to build a complete adult webcam site similar to cams.com. It will have a member page and a model page. The members will access entering a pin code which have credits for use on the site or access directy within a valid ip that is in a database. All visitors can see the performers page, select one to chat and see the model webcam. If they want to go to private must have to log with pin. The performers can log into the system and chat with members. Performers could have an option to kick off any member. I believe that flash could be a good alternative for webcam live video.
