Flash CD-ROM

I am a web designer in need of an expert Flash Programmer with experience in developing interactive CD-ROM projects. The project: I've developed a project/application for a client that has an HTML interface. The user answers 9 questions (via drop down windows) which lodes a naming convention into a request for a file, this calls on a flat-file ASP database and delivers a logo (defined by the choices made in the questions) to the desktop (windows or mac). I'm looking for someone to help me develop the same thing for use on a CD-ROM. I'm under a tight deadline to produce, therefor I really need someone with experience in producing interactive applications. The CD must work on both Window and Macs and must be self contained.
