ASP.net developer for long term engagement

I am looking for an ASP.net / ASP developer on a long term basis. I have a list of projects that needs to be completed. Most of the projects are in ASP.net but there are occasional ASP projects that come up. The coder will be responsible for developing / maintaining the applications as per requirement specs / design sent by me. Regular communication, 100% ability to meet deadline and defect free delivery is a must. Please read through the following guidelines before replying: 1.
