Hello, There are couple of things to check in asterisk configuration to get real ringtone but if SIP Trunk is giving fake ring tone then you might need to contact sip trunk. I can do it for you ... it is just the matter of one hour or may be less. What do you use ? simple Asterisk or FreePBX ? Please let me know if there is any question. Regards, Sadaat
