I want a drawing for a patio extension with roof - 09/04/2020 15:16 EDT

I'm expanding my patio and the City of Leander, TX is requesting me a detail plan of what I'm going to do. I have a contractor that will do the project but the technical plan with the details that will comply with Williamson County requirements is something I do not have and the city needs a professional drawing. My skills making a powerpoint have a limit. lol. Happy to chat to provide as much information as possible to receive a good drawing I can submit to get my building permit going. 3 documents are uploaded. One is the plan a simple plan in pptx. this is more or less the idea. I'm planning to use 2 new posts 6x6. as you can see the cement area is bigger than the roof, that is ok. that how I want it. I also would like to have 3 beams crossing from front to back to put decorations etc. the second is a picture of the back existing patio that will be extended. And the 3rd file is the survey. I am not going to need any electrical or plumbing. As you can see the house is elevated because the land has a slant The extension of 15 ft will create a higher elevation at the end. Because of that I would like to have under the concrete towards the end an opening of 6ft wide by 3ft high and will be 13.5" long(I need to provide more info about it). I haven't made this diagram, but happy to chat. Also the railings will be still wood, however we were thinking that at the end of the patio where the wide stairs are, we would like to have a cement/rock bench. Final drawings need to be converted to PDF. I would like to get everything completed within a week. Hope this is reasonable, if not I would like to know how long it will take.
