I am looking to have an architectural design created for a large residential building (more than 2,000 square feet). I do not have a specific architectural style in mind, so I'm open to any unique and creative ideas from potential designers. How ever the building is in a heritage sustainable area. This means you need to keep the original appeal of the building. The building is existing. And I have some new design drawings available. I am looking for some fresh ideas. If you have any creative spins on the the design is what I’m after. Once he have a great design I would like the drawings to be functional in design and use to build. . The primary purpose of the residential building is for use as a family residence. We want a sun out door indoor feel. With Inspiration coming from a villa type building. We hav a lot of land to incorporate lots of land scrapping to achieve this whilst keeping the original building look. I'm looking for someone who has experience designing both residential and commercial properties, and who has an eye for detail and creativity. The desired designer should also be knowledgeable in building code compliance and local ordinances. I'm very open to suggestions on ways to make the most out of the space while also keeping within budget. I'm excited to see what creative and innovative ideas can be brought out for this project! We are not going to propose crazy deadlines of 5 or 7 days or to say we are the best freelancers out there, as all other proposals. I suppose you have read a lot of proposals like these... We can offer a fast and efficient team of two, specialized in residential/housing projects, although most of our projects are US built projects (Texas and Nevada) but I am sure the requirements can be similar. Usually we do floorplan proposals first, than we go into exterior elevations, and for this price we can include main areas detailed furniture layouts. TBH the plan you have is quite good, and if you are not willing for some major changes of the plan, do not expect huge improvements on this plan. There are a few areas that can be optimized and I am sure only that can improve the house more than a bit.
