I require the PLANS to build a New Front Entrance of a House, with the Plans for the rear concrete concept outdoor decks etc, also the front carport. I require the Design / Construction / Engineering Plans for the Front and Rear of a house to be renovated. Front Entrance, Carport and rear concrete deck. I require someone with experience that can provide the talent and knowledge to finish this task. The plans need to be correct with engineering / sizes / etc for the application with all approvals requiring a standard for all plans to be met. I require someone that is familiar with the Building Codes and how they are implemented. I can supply concepts, previous attempts etc. These need to be finished plans that can be present for approval with government bodies.
