Need a west facing home plan on 40 feet (east to west) and 30 feet(north to south) in Bengaluru- Complete Vaastu compliant, 3 bed rooms, 2 attached DRY bathrooms- shower area separate, kitchen, puja room, living room, DRY utility area, smaller WET utility area, steps for roof access, dining area/room. Full design including structural design, floor design, Electricity , water, facades AND 3D Elevation using Photoshop. Need to build G+3. On ground parking+2BHK. On 1st Floor 3 BHK for owner. On 2nd and 3rd Floor 1BHK + 2BHK (for rental purpose). Need a 12000 Liter Sump. Need to Design ground floor and 1st floor In a manner that in future with little alteration it can be converted as duplex. Same for 2nd and 3rd floor. Like 1BHK on 2nd floor and 2BHK on 3rd floor will be duplex with little alterations. I am open for all your suggestions. We can discuss in details. I was going through the details of your project requirements carefully and would like to convey that I'm interested in working on your design.I'm an Architect currently based in Kolkata with expertise in residential designs. My portfolio and work experience can be accessed through my profile since right now there are no other options. I'm working extensively with clients on Vaastu compliant residences at Jodhpur and also in the UK for an NRI client. See, frankly speaking, even though vaastu needs to be followed, each design will have different set of concept and criteria in terms of space use. So, we have to mix the spatial design and vaastu and come to a hybrid design that is suitable for the user/users. Right now, if you require interiors, everything needs to be done on project basis and not hourly basis if you wish for serious design works and no amateurs. Hoping to have a discussion with you.
