I have a house layout, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with 1 carport that I want modified. Then there is to be 8 rendered images created, which include 5 interior with furniture. the house must look modern but budget conscious. the house size is 7 meters x 13 meters and the design must fit in that. carport fits in front of house and must be included, but not covered by the roof area. the kitchen side of the house will be near the boundary so no windows on that side. and the front door is near the tv room. we need an additional laundry room and a rear or rear side exit created to the house. Also would like a small computer/study area or hutch.
