Hi there, I have recently completed a Master of Intellectual Property Law course from the Queensland University of Technology, Australian which had provided practical experience in Copyright, trademark and patent issues. Accordingly, to provide advice on the issue, I had to see the lyrics which are in question to determine whether the fair use exception is acceptable or not.
