Automatic Form Filler Program

I need to have a program written that will automatically enter forms on different IP addresses using random data from a dictionary. 1. Program must intereract simultaneously to fill out web form using random data through FireFox. Certain fields would be populated with random words from the dictionary. Other fields would be filled with random numbers of a specified length. Other fields would be random choices from a dropdown box. An email field would be populated from a database supplied by the end user. 2. Program would submit a new entry at an interval set by the end user with each Firefox instance utilizing a seperate proxy webshost. 3. Programmer will work with buyer to clarify project and create program to buyer's specifications.
